Download these free pop it valentine’s cards to print and share with your kids classroom, your students, or your own children. With a two fun pop-themed valentines sentiments, playful hand lettered designs and a variety of colors to choose from, these cute cards are ready to be shared this valentine’s day!
My kids have been enjoying pop its for a few years now, they seem to be a hit with every age of kids that we’ve met from young children to elementary school and even middle school. They have fun trading the mini pop its and there’s almost always one that comes into the house at birthdays from friends.
You can even get heart pop its that are perfect for valentines day so I thought what better way to gift them to the classroom than with a cute pop it themed valentine printable.
So today I’m excited to share these printable valentine’s day cards as a free download with you!
You can pair this fun valentine with an actual pop it fidget toy as a little gift and use the cards as valentine’s gift tags or you can skip the additional cost and use these digital downloads as basic printable valentines cards for your kids classrooms.
If you do add a pop toy as a fun addition and use these as valentine gift tags, you can use a hole punch and tie the pop it on to the top of the tag (this is awesome for key chains pop toys) or you can use a small cellophane bag and just tape it on to the back of the card.
There’s so many creative ideas I’m sure you could come up with to share these free printable pop it cards!
There are affiliate links included in this post where I share links to buy products I’ve used here. Of course, you don’t need to use these to use the free printables, they’re just meant to be helpful 🙂 You can see all of my policies here.
What is a Pop-It Anyways?
When my kids started talking about pop its a few years ago… I had no clue what they were talking about let alone that they were the newest rage- ha! But now, they’ve become such a normal fixture in our home and they’d for sure be a big hit for the whole class, especially if you have younger kids… but really, kids of all ages seem to love these things.
They’re essentially reusable bubble wrap, a fidget toy. A pop it is a little silicone shape consisting of bubbles… pokable bubbles. These little fidget toys are a great sensory toy that help kids calm down or focus on a lesson while keeping their busy hands occupied. I know many teachers allow kids to have small pop it in their desks to help kids that have a hard time sitting still.
But other kids love to collect them… they’re available in a variety of shapes and colours… and as a key chain or even as a bracelet. You can even get a heart-shaped pop it in multi packs for a fun gift this Valentines day.
These would make a great non-candy valentine and paired with these cards as printable tags, they’re the perfect class valentines.
Where can you buy mini pop its for Valentine’s Day?
You can find pop it toys from most stores that sell toys now, including dollar stores or amazon. If you’re gifting a whole classroom, I’d suggest ordering a multipack of these mini fidget toys- like this one here is SO affordable. These ones here are slightly bigger if your kids are picky about size.
What is included in this printable download?
There are a total of 8 different designs in this printable PDF, two sentiments for each of the 4 color combinations, all hand lettered by me for you!
- Have a poppin’ Valentine’s Day
- You make my heart pop!
Because these printable valentine cards are ‘pop’ themed, you could totally pair these with pop rocks or a small pop if you prefer- but they do have the pop it bubbles as a background and I know so many elementary schools are requesting non candy valentine’s handouts this year.

What’s the best way to print these free pop it Valentine’s Day cards
You can print free printable valentine’s day card any way you like, but I have a couple suggestions for the best results!
While every free printable is different, these printable cards are simple 8.5×11″ PDF documents which makes them incredibly easy to print at home or at your local print shop. They will print just like a document, without special settings like a photo.
I prefer to print any bag or gift tags or greeting cards like these fun printables on a thick paper like white cardstock (I have this card stock at home right now). They look more professional and hold up better to being passed out this way, much like a store-bought quality card.
I’ve designed this printable file to be single sided to make it easier to print and to save on ink if you are using your home printer, but there is still a fair bit of colour in the designs. So just make sure you select single sided printing and card stock when you send to print!
Since they do use a little more printer ink, this is probably one I’d send up to the printer shop if I were going to print a whole bunch. If I just wanted to print a page or two though, I’d definitely do it at home. There’s really no need for ‘professional’ valentines cards, especially if you’re handing these out as classroom valentines!
You can use a paper cutter instead of scissors to help the cutting of these files go quickly! We have a slider style paper cutter like this craft one at home that my kids like to use (paper cutters are way more fun than scissors to little hands!). Since the slider doesn’t detach easily and the blade is really tiny, I feel comfortable even letting my small kids use it for this sort of project.
Alright! I’ll leave it at that- I hope that you enjoy this valentine’s day printable! It’s a great way to add some non-candy handouts to your kid’s valentines party.
Have so much fun pairing the cards with the toys with your kiddos- the putting them together is maybe the best part for my kids as they dream up who is going to like what best.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
